The Healthfit 4 Life Program is our flagship service line. Through the Healthfit 4 Life Program, we combine personalized health care, nutritional counseling, and fitness training to deliver a total health strategy. Healthfit 4 Life is the most comprehensive medically supervised wellness program available and provides the advantage of receiving medical care from a concierge physician that also oversees the delivery of your fitness and nutrition regimen.

The Primarycare 4 Life Program is designed for clients seeking an ongoing relationship with a concierge physician that oversees all aspects of their medical care. In addition to a yearly comprehensive physical, you receive 24x7 access to your personal physician, same day appointments, specialist coordination, and have all aspects of your primary medical care coordinated by our concierge support team.

The Hoag Executive Health program meets the needs of clients looking for a best-in-class annual health exam designed to uncover medical, nutritional, or fitness imbalances that lead to disease and/or injury. Hoag Executive Health clients receive a one day, comprehensive medical evaluation and physical in addition to a thorough fitness and nutrition assessment. As a follow-up, you will receive a comprehensive results report and personalized fitness and nutrition plan to put what you have learned about ways to improve your health into practice.
