Healthfit 4 Life is our industry leading, medically supervised, fitness and nutrition program. The Healthfit 4 Life program was designed to help our clients take fitness and nutrition to the next level. Whether your goal is to lose 10 pounds or run a triathlon, clients of the Healthfit 4 Life program enjoy a fully customized program to help them reach their goals. Achieving physical fitness goals and learning to be healthier is can be very challenging and requires a lot of education to understand what will work for you. This program exists to help make this easy.. We work directly with you to understand you current physical needs and future goals. Through thorough review and interaction with our clients, we can then create a customized, realistic year long program to help them achieve physical health success.

Online Access to Customized Exercise Plan Your Health Coach will create a workout just for you and provide you online access to your workouts. Each workout has pictures and videos next to each exercise to ensure proper form.

Krista Reader

“MOVE MORE, EAT LESS!!” is the main motto for Fitness Director, Krista Reader. Graduating with a B.S. in Physical Education/Sports Science, and is a member of the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Personal training for over 7 years, Krista has extensive experience with all levels of fitness and embraces the value of truly getting to know each of her clients individually. She has a broad background in injury prevention and post-rehabilitation training and specializes in corrective exercise. Knowing that an extreme program is never practical, Krista teaches her clients to find balance both in mind and body.

Victor Hall

Victor Hall is a certified, Olympic-ranked athlete who has worked with sports-fitness specialists, including Velocity Sports Performance, to develop youth and adult programs. Through his University - level instruction and professional reputation, he has worked with elite athletes and beginning exercisers, helping them achieve their performance goals.
